Based in Bingley, M & M Yorkshire Stone Products is a family run business which has been established since 1993. We currently have a position available for an experienced Saw Operator to work within our quarry.
Duties included in this role will be to work part of a team operating stone cutting saws with vacuum lifts to manufacture stone as required. You will also be loading and unloading blocks/pallets using a variety of fork trucks. You will be expected to maintain high levels of quality and safety standards, adhering to all PPE requirements. Manual lifting will be required.
The ideal candidate must be reliable, punctual, hard-working and have good communication skills. You must also be highly skilled to work alone as well as a great team player forming part of an expanding team.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential. Fork truck operating experience is also mandatory for this role.
The role we have to offer is Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm and alternate Saturday’s 7.30am - 1.30pm.
Rate of pay can be negotiated based on experience.
