We are looking for a volunteer to work on reception in our Inpatient Unit on a Saturday between 3pm-6pm.
What you'll be doing:
Welcoming visitors into the unit
Logging visitors , contractors and clients for counselling in the unit
Answering the telephone and directing calls to relevant person
Taking in packages to the unit
On occasions doing small admin tasks
Your skills and abilities:
Warm and caring nature with a desire to help others manage day to day living
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse group of patients and colleagues
Well-organised
Able to work independently and as part of a team

We ask that our volunteers are:
At least 18 years old
Live within an easy commute to the area
Interested in volunteering for at least 6 months for at least 3 hours per week
