Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with buyers and sellers through clear, professional communication
- Arrange and carry out property viewings
- Understand buyers’ needs and help match them with the right properties
- Support negotiations and follow up with all parties to help move sales forward
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a smooth office workflow
- Represent Hudson Homes values in every interaction — putting people first and doing the job well
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous estate agency experience is essential
- A personable, organised and professional individual
- Comfortable working both independently and within a supportive team
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work Saturdays as part of a rota
- A full UK driving licence
