At Wilhelmsen Ships Service, we’re looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Support Coordinator to empower our sales team with accurate data, insightful analysis, and excellent administrative support. What You’ll Be Doing
- Enable sales excellence by coordinating smooth and efficient processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure clean and reliable data in forecasting, planning, and pipeline management.
- Generate business insights and analytics to support sales performance and customer engagement.
- Oversee contract management, including creation, renewal, and maintenance of customer agreements.
- Maintain master data for customers and vessels and improve customer data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Manage outbound customer communications, letters, and documentation.
- Assist with supplier forms and customer portal registrations.
- Identify opportunities to improve collaboration and internal efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative, sales support, or data coordination role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.
- A collaborative mindset — you’re a team player who’s proactive, accountable, and results-oriented.
