Location: Oldham
Salary: £25,000 Basic | £27,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Hybrid

A market-leading Estate Agent is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Progressor to join their growing team in Oldham. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company with a fantastic reputation in the industry.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Progressor, you’ll act as the main point of contact for vendors and buyers after an offer has been accepted. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and timely property transaction from offer to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage property sales from offer through to completion
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage providers to meet exchange deadlines
- Regularly update and support customers to ensure excellent service and communication
- Coordinate with multiple branches to track progress and resolve issues
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation and company procedures

- Self-motivated and highly driven to meet and exceed targets
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a deadline-focused environment
- Clear understanding of the sales progression process and current property legislation
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an estate agency role (sales or progression)
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a professional attitude
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
- Compliant and detail-oriented approach to all daily responsibilities
