- Requirements:
Due to our continued success we are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated sales negotiator for our flagship office located in Sudbury (HA0).
Experience within the residential sales industry is essential. The ideal candidate would have at least two years experience and some history of carrying out valuations. However further training and assistance can be provided.
This job is suited for someone who is hungry to succeed and wants to work with a successful company in a fast paced and exciting role.
The hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 18:00 and every other Saturday from 9:00 - 16:00.
- Responsibilities:
Based out of our busy Sudbury office the successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with new enquiries, managing a database of applicants, carrying out viewings, maintaining relationships with our vendors, negotiating sales and sales progression.
They will also be in charge of maintaining and generating new instructions within a set geographical location. This will include canvassing, touting and carrying out valuations.
- Rewards:
The on target earnings will be between £40,000 and £45,000 which is comprised of basic, commission and car allowance.
