Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator/Lister to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Conduct viewings of properties and provide potential buyers or tenants with comprehensive information.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding property sales .
- Prepare property listings and ensure they are marketed effectively across various platforms.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our administrative systems.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local area developments to provide informed advice to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales is essential.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on organisation and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus but not mandatory.
