In over 35 countries, our 16,500 nurses, researchers, technicians, engineers, doctors and data scientists engage in making care pathways and treatments more efficient to help the patients live better with their disease.
To oversee all aspects of the sales ledger within Finance, predominantly this will focus on invoicing procedures and query management. This includes duties for both Diabetes and Ventilation which is growing rapidly and the need to monitor, control and develop the sales ledger function is vital.
Are you a MATCH?
- Key tasks include daily invoicing and query resolution
- Develop and improve understanding within the Customer Services department (knowledge transfer and training)
- Understand, document and improve procedures
- Responsible for monthly invoicing
- Provide accurate financial information and develop internal reporting
- Monitor the output of the Customer Services department who are responsible for processing the sales orders.
- Work with the diabetes/ventilation sales team in order to improve procedures and control
- Main point of contact with various NHS customers for invoicing Ensure strict adherence to maintaining confidentiality of patient data
