- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on current merchandise.
- Assist with store maintenance, including merchandising and display arrangements.
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
