We’re a busy print shop looking for someone who would suit a customer facing role, initially for maternity cover.
We offer a printing, copying and design service to our customers who range from individuals to small and large business.
The ideal candidate will need to be a fast learner with excellent customer service skills, be able to work to tight deadlines, thrive under pressure and have an eye for detail.
Tasks will include the use of photocopiers and printers, assisting customers, taking payments, helping to maintain a clean shop environment, answering the phone and responding to emails.
The successful applicant needs to be fully computer literate, reliable and proactive helping to maintain our reputation. Training will be provided and there will be plenty of opportunities to learn and expand your creative / design skills on the job.
Experience using Outlook, CorelDraw, Adobe software and printing / photocopy equipment is valued but not essential. Experience in a customer facing role is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-9 months
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
