Enzo Wholesale is seeking a self-motivated, commission-based Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong drive to succeed in sales, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to build relationships with new clients.
As a Commission-Based Sales Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with new customers, promote our range of wholesale products, and close sales. This is a performance-driven opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out and engage new customers through outreach, networking, and in-person visits.
- Present and promote Enzo Wholesale’s products to prospective clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of our product range to effectively communicate benefits and value to customers.
- Close sales and follow up to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales using internal systems.
- Support customers in English and Spanish to accommodate diverse clientele.
- Represent the Enzo brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to sell and close deals—experience in wholesale or B2B sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Confident, goal-oriented, and self-driven—this role requires independence and initiative.
- Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) highly preferred.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Basic maths skills to handle pricing, quotes, and commission tracking.
- A passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
