We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Call the assigned leads to book appointments daily.
- Reach out to the new leads via phone, messages and emails.
- Cooperate closely with your assigned tutor to ensure the "Exploring Session" is delivered to the clients.
- Follow up on the clients after the first session and sell them our packages for future learning.
- Respond to customer inquiries timely, and keep them in the loop.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Skills
- Proven ability to sell products effectively while building rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly disposition with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
