You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of 3 weekdays with occasional weekends. This is a fixed term contract until the end of December 2025.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and confidence, helping every visitor discover the perfect brew
- Proactively engage customers, offering tastings and personalised recommendations, even during the busiest periods
- Support the team by managing tills, replenishing stock, and keeping the store looking welcoming and organised
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and a positive atmosphere
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and busy trading times with a can-do attitude
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be great in this role if you have:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
- Confidence working under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and busy trading days
