Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that benefit both parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategise on achieving sales targets and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Utilise IT tools for tracking sales progress, managing client information, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all client meetings, follow-ups, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Organise schedules for client visits and presentations, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes, including CRM software.
- Exceptional time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
