Sales Advisor
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales advisor to Join our internal sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, support out-of-office account managers to ensure seamless order processing, quotations, and part identification using industry platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp to process orders, prepare quotes, and identify required filters or parts.
- Chase up outstanding quotes by following up with customers to convert quotations into confirmed orders.
- Support external sales representatives by providing order lead times, order status updates, and cross-referencing filter part numbers.
- Serve walk-in customers at the counter, processing orders, handling returns and exchanges, and offering product guidance.
Skills required
MAM (Autopart) System Experience
- Skilled in using MAM Autopart software for:
- Booking customer orders
- Creating and retrieving quotations
- Accessing customer account information (basic details and order history)
- Able to navigate through the system quickly and efficiently to give precise information needed.
Supplier Systems
Confident in using various supplier websites for:
- Cross-referencing part numbers
- Attribute searches
- Application lookup (vehicle compatibility, fitment, etc.)
Parts, Plant machinery and generator background.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
