Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling tyres to potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell tyres to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyse the market's potential, track sales, and status reports
- Process sales order on to the order system to ensure they are booked out efficiently for the customer.
- Manage existing key accounts effectively, involving outbound calls daily, build strong long lasting relationships with the accounts assigned to you.
- Develop strong relations with field sales in order to ensure customer matters are dealt with and followed up consistently.
- Provide a highly professional level of service to all customers consistently.
- Refer customer support matters professionally and promptly to the customer support department.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Taking inbound calls to process customer orders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Proficient in using IT tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Fluency in English is required
