- Calling prospective clients to determine their up and coming furniture hire needs
- To be articulate in all aspects of their work
- To ensure any customer complaints received are dealt with swiftly and efficiently to the customers satisfaction and with minimum cost to the business
- Processing of sales orders via our bespoke hire system
- Compiling marketing information as requested
- Inter hiring of equipment as required from other suppliers
- Checking website for missing information and adding relevant data
- To adhere to all health and safety rules.
- To adhere to any other reasonable requests by management.
