Are you passionate about creating safer, stronger communities? Do you thrive in multi-agency environments and have an operational mindset for tackling serious crime and violence? North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a dynamic and driven Safer NL Co-ordinator to lead and coordinate innovative responses to crime, anti-social behaviour, and community cohesion challenges across our region.
As a Safer NL Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the Community Safety Partnership’s Crime and Disorder Strategy. You’ll coordinate responses to serious violence—including Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), Serious Organised Crime (SOC), exploitation, and anti-social behaviour—while fostering community cohesion and safety in our communities.

The applicant will need an in-depth knowledge of crime legislation, community safety frameworks, and public health approaches, a proven experience in crime analysis, partnership working, and project leadership for this exciting opportunity.
