We are a well-established construction company working in Central, North and West London. Our projects are typically full rebuilds and new builds; currently looking for a roofer to take on slate roofing, GRP, etc. along with the installation of gutters, downpipes, soffits, and fascias. We take pride in our craftsmanship and are looking for an experienced roofer to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
- Roofing works to various residential buildings.
- Install Slates, valleys, ridges.
- Fit and maintain gutters, downpipes, soffits, and fascias with precision.
- Carry out general roofing installation tasks, including underlayment application, flashing installation, and ridge capping.
- Conduct roof inspections and assessments to identify repairs or maintenance needs.
- Handle waterproofing, insulation, and ventilation systems to ensure longevity and efficiency.
- Work closely with a professional team to deliver high-quality finishes.
- Ensure all roofing work meets industry standards and building regulations.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofer, with expertise in slate installations.
- Strong understanding of guttering systems, fascia work, and general roofing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality craftsmanship.
