Right-Hand & Content & Project Lead (Two Brands)
Location: Remote (UK-based preferred)
Hours: Part-time to start (20 hrs/week)

About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, strategic right-hand to work directly with me across two established brands:
- hayley’s world - my personal brand, shop, and main storytelling platform for cookbooks, digital products, and collaborations.
- The Recipe Club® - a creator-powered food membership platform - just about to launch with thousands of paying members on the old platform
This is not an assistant role. You’ll act as the project manager and content lead -making sure launches, campaigns, and content for both brands are well-planned, delivered on time, and aligned with our strategy.
You’ll take ideas and turn them into clear plans, manage the timelines and tasks needed to deliver them, and keep everyone (including me) on track. This role is about making sure nothing slips through the cracks while helping both brands grow.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Build and maintain the master content and campaign calendar for both brands
- Plan launch timelines and coordinate every stage from idea to delivery
- Ensure all content, stories, and marketing activity align with brand goals and upcoming launches
Project Management
- Manage tasks, deadlines, and workflows for both brands
- Keep projects moving by coordinating with creators, designers, and other contributors
- Track progress and solve issues before they become problems
Content Oversight
- Work with me to shape content themes and storytelling for hayley’s world
- Oversee creator contributions for The Recipe Club®
- Ensure all content meets brand voice, style, and quality standards
- Edit short-form videos for social media
- Create and adapt designs in Canva or similar tools
Launch Management
- Plan and manage book launches, product launches, and membership campaigns
- Coordinate moving parts- content, emails, social, product pages, and more, to deliver launches smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in project management within a content-led or creator-led business
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive self-starter who works well independently
- Confident communicator who can manage multiple people and moving parts
- Strategic thinker who also gets hands-on when needed
- Skilled in basic video editing and design tools (e.g. Canva)
- Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, project management software)
Nice to Have
- Experience in food, lifestyle, or publishing
- Knowledge of affiliate or referral systems
- Familiarity with Shopify or Glide

Pay: £20.00 per hour
