Schedule: Working days across Monday to Sunday - flexible shifts 2 to 3 days a week (occasionally more) including working weekends and public holidays. Hours per day vary seasonally - average 9.30am to 5pm.
Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour. We are proud members of the Living Wage Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that embodies our brand's values.
- Assist customers in selecting products, sharing insights about our products.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and visual merchandising to ensure a delightful shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately, including electronic payments.
- Process delivery of stock ensuring rotation and levels maintained appropriately.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training to deepen product knowledge and improve customer engagement techniques.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Passion for natural products and providing excellent sales support .
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Company Overview:
We currently have a vacancy for Retail Shop Assistant to work across both our Holt shops on a part time basis, shift patterns vary week by week, but it is envisaged you will work two or three shifts per week, occasionally more when providing holiday cover for colleagues. You will be responsible for introducing customers to our brand, informing them about our products and fragrances and guiding them on suitable purchases. This role is required to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rota system.
