What you’ll be getting up to:

Play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences and driving impressive sales. You'll work closely with an enthusiastic team and receive training from experienced staff. What we need you to do:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting and advising shoppers to find the perfect products.
- Share product knowledge and display a positive attitude to inspire customers and colleagues.
- Monitor sales performance and proactively suggest solutions to meet targets.
- Ensure the store is always tidy and visually appealing with well-organised merchandise.
- Build rapport with customers and develop a loyal client base by establishing relationships.
What we need from you:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
- Comfortable navigating IT systems and Microsoft Office packages.
- Enthusiastic and committed to achieving sales targets.
- Positive attitude with the ability to inspire and support colleagues.
