Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food production processes effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
