Duties
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting customers warmly and attending to their needs promptly.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Assist with food preparation, adhering to food safety guidelines and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Basic culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial for understanding food preparation processes.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Panjabi language is desired but not essential
