Working Patterns: Monday – Friday. 30-35 Hours per week. Negotiable working hours between 8am - 5pm

Our Restaurant Assistant
Part of a small, dedicated team; working closely with chefs to deliver outstanding food and service to head office employees and visitors. You will take responsibility for all front and back of house areas, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and creating a fantastic experience.
- Act as the welcoming face of the restaurant, providing friendly, professional service to colleagues & guests.
- Manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring a clean, organised, and inviting environment.
- Oversee lunch service, minimising wait times and maintaining smooth flow of service.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant and pot wash areas throughout the day.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies; escalate issues when necessary.
- Handle close-down duties, restocking and preparing the space for the next day.
- Print, present and distribute daily menus, liaising with chefs for accurate allergen information.
- Coordinate with reception to plan and deliver food-based employee events.
- Maintain internal communications via Viva Engage and update signage as needed.
- Replenish service areas, manage waste disposal, and support overall team efficiency.
Who We’re Looking For
An experienced and friendly Restaurant Assistant, well versed in delivering outstanding and professional customer service.
- Well-presented and vibrant customer service professional with a background in a fast-paced catering environment.
- Front of House experience working for a luxury brand / premium brand ambassador.
- Strong understanding of kitchen regulations; demonstrable experience in cleanliness & safety.
- Our operations run seamlessly with the support of a variety of technology systems and software, such as Point of Sale (POS), Restaurant Management Software & Microsoft Office; our Restaurant Assistant should be technologically astute.
