Summary
We are seeking a talented Supervisor to join our team at Makla & The Fez. In this role, you will assist in the day to day operations of the business, help train and guide the team, create innovative cocktails and provide exceptional service to enhance the guest experience. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation as one of the best places to eat and drink in Southbourne.
Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with creativity and precision.
- Runmid week shifts and assistant the gm in various roles
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
- Manage inventory of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area.
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Basic math skills for managing cash transactions accurately.
- Passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.

- Min 1 years experience of working in a late night bar and food venue.
- Position is for Weekends / Evening & nights
