Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes, including tracking leads and maintaining customer records.
- Attend networking events and community functions to promote our services and expand the client base.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help shape sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience in a sales or customer service environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage, enabling effective communication with a wider range of customers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
