Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Resident Services Assistant to join our team at Eda!
You’ll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to the 290 residential apartments and exclusive amenity spaces. This role supports the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in ensuring a seamless experience for residents.
Duties
- Welcome and engage with residents and visitors.
- Manage front of house, calls and resident requests.
- Coordinate building maintenance and contractors.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist residents with move-ins, queries and parcel management.
Skills
- Previous experience in a busy customer facing role is desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, visitors and colleagues.
- Pro-active approach and able to work on own initiative.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety protocols.

Shift Pattern
- 7am - 7pm, 4 on, 4 off (12 hour shift)
