Role Overview
Fawkes & Reece are currently working with a 5-star housebuilder and are looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to support a short-term housing regeneration project in Canley. This is a vital role, acting as the main point of contact between the site team and local residents, ensuring clear communication and a high standard of customer care throughout the works.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for residents during construction works.
- Provide updates on works, access arrangements, and timescales.
- Respond to queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist with community engagement and ensure residents are well-informed.
Person Specification
- Experience in customer service, housing, or resident liaison (preferably within construction).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
