Job Purpose:
The post holder will work on the EPIC Futures Northern Ireland (NI) Project. EPIC Futures NI is a £4.8million Local Policy Partnership (LPIP) hub, led by Ulster University and funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC), Innovate UK and the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). They will work on the behavioural insights research stream, which is led by an interdisciplinary academic team, and the Northern Ireland Department of Finance (DoF) Innovation Lab. In addition, due to the integrated nature of the EPIC Futures NI Project, the successful candidate will also contribute to a range of other workstreams.
The position will be based at Ulster University’ Belfast Campus. However, the successful applicant will also spend a portion of their time directly working alongside the DoF Innovation Lab at their premises in Belfast at Clare House, Airport Road. Modes of working will be discussed with the successful candidate.
