About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
- Oversee kitchen operations,including food preparation,cooking,and plating.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene,food safety,and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Adapt menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant,hotel,or catering setting.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and a passion for high-quality cuisine.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Creativity and innovation in menu development.
- Culinary qualifications (e.g.,NVQ Level 3,City & Guilds,or equivalent) are desirable.
