Regulatory Services Caseworker (Level 2)
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a proactive Level 2 Caseworker to join our Regulatory Services team – a diverse and supportive environment where your administrative skills will make a real difference.
Working alongside a team of experienced Caseworkers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality and efficient administrative service that supports a wide range of services across the department.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Processing and administering a variety of applications, including those under the Licensing Act, Gambling Act, Taxi Licensing and Animal Welfare
- Responding to email enquiries from residents, applicants, and partners
- Updating and maintaining records and databases to ensure accurate and accessible information
- Referring queries to specialists or relevant departments as needed
- Creating and updating process documentation to reflect changes in legislation or policy
This is a varied and interesting role that requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
