Vision Football Academy is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated, experienced, and ambitious football coach to join us as a Regional Head Coach. Key Responsibilities:
- Session Leadership: Take charge of football training sessions in your local region, ensuring they are engaging, inclusive, and effective.
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions aligned with the Vision Football Academy syllabus, focusing on player development and progression.
- Player Development: Work closely with young players, providing guidance to help them reach their full potential on and off the pitch.
- Collaboration: Liaise with VFA staff to ensure consistency in coaching standards and continuous improvement through feedback and training opportunities.
- Talent Pathway: Identify and nurture talented players, supporting their journey through our academy pathway.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven coaching experience, preferably with youth players, and a track record of delivering high-quality sessions.
- Qualifications: A minimum of a Level 2 coaching qualification (or equivalent); Level 3/UEFA B is desirable.
- Passion: A strong commitment to youth development and an ability to inspire and motivate players of all abilities.
- Organisation: Strong planning and organisational skills to deliver structured and impactful sessions.
- Adaptability: A proactive and flexible approach to working across diverse teams and environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
