About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Regional Account Manager to join our high-performing team.  In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with National Account Managers, building and nurturing strong relationships across key customer channels.  You’ll play a vital part in driving commercial success supporting contract negotiations, securing sign-off, and helping shape forward-thinking sales plans.

With a finger on the pulse of market opportunities, you'll be instrumental in delivering sales strategies and initiatives that make a real impact.  This is your chance to be at the heart of innovation, accountability, and channel excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Regional Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of budgeting and forecasting across assigned channels and customers ensuring cost control, financial alignment, and performance visibility.  You’ll work together with National Account Managers to support contract negotiations and play a key role in closing deals when needed, confidently stepping into high-stakes discussions that define success.

You’ll actively support strategic client development by helping shape sales plans, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring promotional and pricing initiatives hit the mark.  Whether it’s boosting in-store activity or solving performance gaps, you’ll be a catalyst for commercial excellence, turning insights into impact and fostering long-term partnerships with key clients.

Your role extends to managing customer master data and price observation, where you’ll ensure system accuracy, streamline re-invoicing processes, and keep sales teams informed of market shifts through regular communications.  Data will be your ally in ensuring smooth operations and responsive commercial action.

Finally, you’ll lead from the front on sales planning and development, helping craft channel strategies, unlock new distribution pathways, and drive business growth.  With strong relationship management across internal and external stakeholders, you’ll become a trusted voice in the UK&I market, powering our commercial ambitions with clarity and conviction.

Who we are looking for:

You’re commercially astute with a natural ability to negotiate, influence, and build trusted relationships, both internally and with key external stakeholders.  With strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills, you're confident navigating complex commercial conversations and making sound, strategic decisions.

You bring energy, credibility, and a compelling communication style that engages and inspires.  Whether you're presenting insights or collaborating cross-functionally, you understand how to influence outcomes and drive success.  You're also proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and fluent in using modern tech platforms, including social media, in a business setting.

Experience in the FMCG sector or a global outlook with cultural awareness and an interest in international development would be a distinct advantage, helping you thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:

We encourage all our people to think creatively to set personal targets and objectives and push new, better ways to work. Employee contribution and engagement at Ferrero is based on the individual, team and organization dimension, so should have the ability to work independently, as a part of the team and be able to build proper relations with stakeholders at all levels. A demonstrable consumer-focused attitude and autonomy in managing relationships will help you in building your position among stakeholders and achieving expected sales outcomes.
