We provide services for NHS ICBs, NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts, and other providers of NHS funded services. We deliver over 200,000 patient interactions annually, including outpatient appointments, diagnostic testing and eye surgery.
ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Referrer Relationship Lead is responsible for developing great relationships with all optical partners, and driving ophthalmology referrals into the service. This is a blended role, and it is expected that 3-4 days per week will be field-based travelling throughout Northamptonshire, South Leicestershire and Milton Keynes areas, with the remaining time spent within the service, planning, analysing data, building effective referrer engagement plans and tracking overall referrer performance. You will be promoting Newmedica Northampton’s services, patient choice, as well as be an ambassador for our behaviours and vision within the community.
