Recruitment Resourcer
Due to continued growth within the business we are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an organised and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this pivotal role you will play a key part in strengthening our recruitment function helping us to identify, attract and secure top talent for both white and blue collar positions across our Civil Engineering business. Your work will directly contribute to our ongoing success as we expand and evolve within the sector.
This is a full time, permanent position based in our Head Office, Eurocentral Motherwell. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (4pm Friday).
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates for a range of roles from site operatives and skilled trades to white collar roles such as Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers etc using a variety of platforms including job boards, LinkedIn and social media.
- Screen and qualify candidates to ensure suitability for both technical and non-technical roles, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer stage.
- Interview and reference candidates, matching their skills and experience to our business needs and vacancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our CRM system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the HR / Recruitment team with general administration, data entry and reporting as required.
- Stay informed about the construction and civil engineering market to advise on candidate attraction strategies and industry trends.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment - gained within Civil Engineering, Construction or a related sector, with exposure to both white and blue collar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates at all levels.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using recruitment databases, CRMs, and digital sourcing tools.
- A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite , outlook, teams
