We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment and be confident in developing relationships with new and existing clients.
Duties:
- Build partnerships with clients.
- Develop and implement specific training programmes that meet the specific needs of clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with current clients and candidates.
- Utilise ATS for effective data management and reporting.
- Manage relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship management strategies.
- Actively generating new business through calls, generate leads through various channels, including social media management.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practice.
