Must Have:
- Class 2 License
-Experience and license to drive up to 7.5t vehicles
Desirable:
- Some mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a lorry to transport vehicles and passengers to their destinations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Load and unload vehicle safely
- Maintain a clean and organized lorry interior
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Perform basic mechanical checks and maintenance on the van
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and vehicle operation
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a lorry driver or in commercial driving preferred
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
