Swim Works is an established, dynamic, family run company who believes in creating a fun, safe environment, where our swimmers thrive.
We are currently expanding our team at Swim Works LEAMINGTON, we are looking for a customer service team member to join us.
Important attributes are reliability, the passion for being busy family swim environment and is water confident. You may have some nervous children (and parents) who are experiencing a swimming pool for the first time so someone with good communication with a caring personality is a must, to meet and greet them. Each shift you will be required to keep the swim centre clean and tidy and help all our swim families.
Hours:
Swim Works Leamington: Friday 3.30-7.30pm (4 hrs)
Sundays: 8.30am-5pm (8.5 hrs)- shift TBC
Hourly rate of pay £12.25 for 21 years+
Reception/ swim centre support
+ extra shifts to cover holidays/illness
You need to be committed to this role for 50 weeks of the year.
FULL TRAINING will be available
We offer continuous training and support.
Job Type: Part-time/ Permanent
There is also progression in this role with full training to become a Early Years swim teacher. Full training will be given to the right candidate.
