Scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms
Maintaining records and administrative support
Assisting with general office tasks
About You
We’re looking for someone who: ✔ Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Is organised and detail-oriented ✔ Has experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred but not essential) ✔ Is proficient in Microsoft Office ✔Has a positive and professional attitude
