Pay & Hours:
- Pay - £12.22 per hour
- Hours - 6 hrs per week - overtime maybe available
- Working Schedule - 3pm - 9pm every Saturday.
The Role:
As a receptionist, you will project a professional image that encourages public trust and confidence that contributes to the company image. Duties include -
- Handling telephone enquiries internally & externally
- Handling all incoming & outgoing mail (including collections & deliveries)
- Undertaking any other duties that will help create and maintain an effectively run establishment
About you:
The ideal candidate will have the following -
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to use initiative
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Previous experience of reception duties
- Timekeeping skills

Additional Information:
Built in 2008 by the Village sits on the edge of Euxton between the towns of Chorley and Leyland in Lancashire with excellent transport links, shopping and community facilities right on the doorstep. It was the result of a collaboration between The HICA Group and Caddick construction. Today the village is owned by Octopus Healthcare and exclusively managed by The HICA Group by their dedicated Buckshaw Retirement team.
The HICA Group has over 32 years of providing care, support and housing services to older people and people with a learning disability. A not for profit organisation, our head offices are based in Hull with a local Senior Management Team directly employed to run our services in the West.
