We are a 60 year old family business with a reputation for providing friendly, efficient clinical eyecare. We are looking for a Receptionist with experience, good communication skills and a desire to maintain our first class service.
Job Requirements:
A friendly and helpful personality, good telephone manner, enthusiasm and willingness to learn and flexibility to work alone and as part of a team. Computer literate and can manage a reception desk. You may be required to help with optical pre-screening.
Job Includes:
General administrative and reception duties; such as booking appointments on our computer system, dealing with practice emails and patient enquiries. Pre-screening and supporting clinical and dispensing staff at times.
Reception experience required. Training will be provided.
Hours of work: 3-5 days (inclusive of a Saturday)
Bonus is approximately £1ph bringing the salary to approximately £13.25ph (in last year average was £1ph)
