Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Maintain an orderly reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with various office tasks as needed to support team members.
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in clerical and administrative functions, including data entry and office management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
