THE ROLE: | Receptionist
As a receptionist, you provide our customers with a warm welcome and are dedicated to ensuring that every guest leaves wanting to come back again.
About you:
- Exceptional customer service is a must.
- You are the first point of contact for visiting guests. You have the flair and warmth to make our guests feel welcome and informed.
- Organised and knowledgeable, you know what’s going on and when. If you don’t know the answer then you are the type to seek the answer. Clues cannot escape your notice; every conversation helps you personalise a guest’s stay. Birthdays are never missed with your wits!
- Happy to quickly familiarise yourself with technology and systems.
The Brand:
- The Ffolkes is a 300-year-old coaching inn. Refurbished in 2017, the business is the youngest member of our family. The Ffolkes has 25 unique bedrooms, (including the latest addition, The Hayloft!) The Stables wedding facility and a unique feast self-service food model. The Ffolkes being the new kid on the block, it has bags of potential and is evolving every day.
