- Location: Office in Maghull, role is covering Merseyside
- Responsibilities: Appraise and list residential properties, drive sales, and build lasting relationships with clients in Merseyside’s dynamic property market.
- Package: Basic Salary and commission scheme

Requirements:
- Proven experience in estate agency, ideally in valuation or listing roles
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive approach to driving listings and sales
- Ability to exceed targets & KPI’s
- Driving license & own car
- Monday to Friday plus some Saturdays
