Job description – Quality Inspector
Type -Permanent £25k+ Dependant on experience
We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join out team.
Job Purpose: To support the manufacturing team in providing accurate timely feedback on parts machined
Principle Responsibilities / Duties:
1. Conducting First Off’s, In-process and Final Inspection while supporting the manufacturing team.
2. Program and Run CMM.
3. Complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR’s)
4. PPAP generation and reporting
5. Report on Non-Conforming items
Key Competencies:
· Self-Motivation and Commitment
· Working as a team and autonomously
· Attention to detail
Knowledge and Experience:
· HND an advantage
· Use of various Inspection equipment
· CMM programming (Training will be given if different)
· Computer and excel literate
· Aerospace and Medical experience an advantage
