RINA is currently recruiting for a Quality Advisor to join its office in Leatherhead within the RINA Consulting QOHSE Division.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a Quality Advisor to support our operations within the QHSE department. This role focuses on driving continuous improvements and ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems ISO9001 & ISO17025 across various business units, practices, and disciplines. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy asking questions, and have an organized and proactive approach, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, update, and maintain the RINA (UK) Business Management System.
- Maintain the audit database and ensure actions are completed in accordance with procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and update the internal auditing system.
- Drive the completion of findings and corrective/preventative actions.
- Maintain ISO 9001 certification and ISO 17025 accreditation.
- Foster understanding of Quality and its benefits within the company.
- Provide support on quality issues to all areas of the business.
- Act as deputy for the QHSE Manager at Quality-related forums.
- Work closely with the wider QHSE team.
- Stay current on industry changes and innovations.
- Regularly review legislation, standards, specifications, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Produce regular Quality reports for the business.
- Assist in preparing and delivering Quality-related training.
- Liaise with internal and external customers, including certification and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant degree.
- ISO9001 and/or ISO17025 internal auditor certification.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation.
- High level of competency in writing and maintaining professional documentation.
- Experience in delivering training.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to engage with people at all levels.
