We are a well-respected provider of Energy Consultancy and Compliance Services that is looking for a self-motivated Level 3/4 NDEA to join our professional, driven and dedicated Nottingham based team of experts.
You will need to be highly organised, thrive under pressure and be able to collaborate with a wide range of construction professionals at both a national and localised level.
Applicants should hold a Level 3/4 NDEA Qualification and should be accustomed to working on SBEM Calculations for new build developments. The role is based within our offices in Nottingham.
Candidate requirements
- Level 3/4 NDEA Qualification
- Understanding and ability to scale from plans using paper and computer software,
- Good understanding of Office (Word, Excel Etc),
- Demonstrate a good attention to detail
- Have good mathematical / IT skills
- Be self-motivated, hardworking, proactive and not afraid to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding outcomes for your clients.
- Be highly organised and able to manage a busy and time critical schedule of work
- Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills
Additional Extras (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with DesignBuilder thermal modelling software
- Good report writing skills
Main Role Duties
The main duties for this role would consist of, but are not limited to
- The undertaking SBEM Assessments on developments across the country,
- Production of U-Value calculations,
- Production of Energy Performance Certificates
- Client liaison
