Tesco is recruiting for a new Property Process Improvement Manager, Tesco are looking for an expert in being the first layer of management of People and Projects. You'll balance delivery for customers on what matters, engaging teams and colleagues with the needs of the business. You'll own the process improvement agenda for our Property function supporting simpler ways of working, embedding routines and maintaining compliance.

- Define & manage projects to deliver further operational efficiencies that continue to support smarter ways of working
- Support the UK transition plan to Tesco Business Services at part of the Property Long Term Plan
- Identify tools (especially automation) that allows individuals to get the best insight from data
- Create & maintain Level 6 Aris process maps across the property life cycle
- Challenge colleagues to deliver on time and works corroboratively to improve process to achieve results
- Work shoulder to shoulder with Project, Programme and Change Managers to deliver key tasks and achievements
- Support in the development of a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best.
- Support and coach colleagues, sharing knowledge, experience and technical expertise

You will need- Lean six sigma methodology & process management
- Project management experience
- Property Industry or Asset Management exposure would be beneficial but not essential
- Large scale system transformation
- ARIS software experience desired
