Job Title: Property Management Administrator (Training Provided)
Location: Harold Wood, Essex (Office-Based with Occasional Local Travel)
Salary: £24,500 – £27,500 (DOE) + Bonus Opportunities + Car Allowance
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

About the Role
We’re a busy and growing property management company based in Harold Wood, and we’re looking for a reliable, organised Administrator to support our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin or office experience who’s keen to build a career in property. You’ll be working closely with our portfolio managers and learning how we look after hundreds of properties across East London.
You don’t need experience in lettings or property management – we’ll provide full training. You just need to be sharp, willing to learn, and ready to get stuck in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling admin tasks related to tenancy paperwork, documents, and compliance
- Assisting with scheduling property inspections, repairs, and viewings
- Updating CRM systems and property records
- Responding to tenant and contractor queries via phone and email
- Supporting the wider property team with day-to-day operations
- Gradually learning the ropes of lettings, compliance, and property checks
What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous experience in an office or admin role
✅ Excellent organisation and communication skills
✅ Proactive and able to work independently
✅ Comfortable using email, Word/Excel, and picking up new systems
✅ A desire to grow within the property field
✅ Driving licence and own car
